  SOCIAL RESPONSABILITY

Tostaduría Buen Café has a philosophy based on three fundamental pillars: economic performance, social responsibility and an environmental balance.

There must be a balance between them so that our company meets its objectives of looking to the future with a perspective of economic progress, in harmony with natural resources and the social environment.

We are committed to continually adapting your process systems to adapt them to the regulatory requirements that are increasingly demanding, through the evaluation of the impacts of our activities on society and the environment.

Respond to the main concerns of the groups with which the company relates, supporting initiatives and projects of a humanitarian nature.

  • Promote the personal, labor and social development of all the company's workers, promoting a high degree of employee awareness through training programs, mainly in those areas related to the environment and society.

  • Provide a safe and healthy workplace with zero risks for our employees, contractors and visitors. Also ensure that staff are properly trained and have adequate safety and emergency equipment.

  • Offer excellent quality products and services to meet the needs of our customers.

  • Develop, manufacture, and market products that are safe for their intended use, energy efficient, environmentally friendly, and can be safely reused, recycled, or disposed of.

  • Properly manage the use of natural resources and the management of waste, discharges and emissions derived from the development of the activity, taking into account current legislation and regulations.

  • Ensure responsible use of energy throughout our process, including energy savings, improved efficiency in energy consumption and the preference of renewable energy sources over non-renewable ones when and where feasible.

  • Evaluate the possible environmental effects derived from our activities and processes, to put into practice the necessary preventive measures, ensuring continuous improvement in environmental management through the adaptation of the internal organization, the implementation of new systems and constant review of environmental objectives.
